Every step of the process is tracked here at CustomTrak™ and it all starts with you. Open a ticket with us and we'll answer any questions about our process before you even send us your precious data for recovery. Once it gets here you'll see every update our technicians post along the path to recovery. And, even after you've received the recovered data you can review any of the notes to make sure we didn't miss anything.
